It's that special time of the year when visions of liver treats are dancing in little dogs heads and paws are on the windowsill looking for a man in a funny red suit.
So that means I get to share my tips on cool dog treats and gifts for the special four legged creature in your life.

Zack's Top 10 Doggy Holiday Gifts
- Greenies: Greenies are one of a dogs favorite treats and are also good for owners too allowing you to get closer to man's best friend because of their chewy fresh breath.
- Orvis Dog Bed: My brother Chauncey and my cousin Lucy swear by the comfy Orvis dog bed. We have one in our Family Room and one in the Master Zack Suite and they are not only super comfy but totally stylin for the design conscious pooch and owner.
- Ball Flinger: I don't think we could survive a day at the beach with out the cool thing that flings a tennis ball to my sister Moomba. It keeps her really busy while I get to sniff all the good smells. It's a life saver for the active pooch and her Mom.
- Fleece Sweater or Vest: Whether I'm on the slopes or on the couch I definitely like to look "hot" while the temperature's cool in my fleece sweater.
- Cool Soft Toy
- Kong and Kong Treats: Who knew a rubber cylinder with some bisquits inside could keep a dog's attention. Well it's true when we were training Moomba we stuffed our Kong with treats and it kept her busy long enough for me to take a power nap :).
- Warm Fuzzy Blanket: My friends Raven and Bear have had a super cool dog blanket on their couches for the past couple of years. We just got ours and I can't rave enough about the luxury of spreading out on one of these. And your parents will like it as well because they can be tossed in the washer. Be careful though..they are so cozy your master might think it's theirs!
- Christmas Ornament with Your Pups Pict: What better way for an owner to say I love you then by putting your cute canine smile on the Christmas tree. Lots of places have cool ornaments that allow you to add a pooches face so strike a pose this holiday season.
- Flying Squirrel: You have to love a toy that is fun and easy on the mouth. The Flying Squirrel is way cool to chase and catch around the yard or at the park.
- George Collar and Leash: I'm no Fashion Police but I do like to turn up the volume with a George Collar. George is a hip fashion courtier in SF for pampered pets.
