Gourmet Dogs

Yo Yo,

Zack here to give you a little insight in how to win over even the growliest dog. It's through his stomach of course (yes sometimes we canine creatures have a few things in common with our human counterparts).

You all know about the dog who cherrishes their morning treat ritual or who starts pacing so hard five mins before dinner time that you think they own a rolex (with lots of bling of course if you are Chewey Gomez). We love food oh yes we do. But what most of you don't know is that dogs can have a very discerning palatte and do enjoy the finer things in life.

That's why I must give a shout out to my friend and cousin in law Joy Beagle. She's becoming the Julia Child of the four legged world with her Bone Appetit blog http://bone-appetit.blogspot.com/.

Now what's obvious from the photo of Joy above (taken in Vegas in January '06) is she's a fashion diva. What's probably less obvious is her cajun soul. Joy is a New Orleans homegirl who survived Katrina. Her dad Chris (a good ol Georgia Bulldog Boy) went down to NO to help our furry friends in need and fell for our girl Joy.

Joy is quite the hotty and knows her way around the kitchen. Check out the recipe for Brown Rice and Liver on her Blog....YUMMY!

I predict that Joy could be the next Food Network Star Pooch. Watch out Emeril there's a new Creolite in town...BARK that BAM!
